As coordinator, I am hugely impressed by the commitment of the school and the staff to the provision of an excellent all-round education for our students in our state. Under my leadership, and as a team working together, we strongly promote academic achievement among our students.
I advise and mentor teachers and measure the effectiveness of their teaching techniques. Also, educate teachers on implementing new curricula. I plan and organize training conferences and workshops for our school’s faculty. I have to spend some of my time traveling out of districts to conduct professional development classes.
coordinators serve as liaisons to many interested parties in the education system.
